About the role
This dynamic and fast paced role will require you to have direct day to day oversight with a well-established customer service team along with maintaining several internal and external stake holder relationships. Your previous background as a leader in the youth sector combined with your drive to succeed and helping others will enable you to succeed in this role.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a team of passionate Service Delivery Managers, who continuously support each other and demonstrate a genuine, positive team culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure superior care is provided to all clients and the youth support workforce
- Provide leadership and support to your team of Service Coordinators
- Continuously review team activity to maximise opportunities
- Work closely with the Recruitment Team Lead
- Manage servicing of clients to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Attend regular site visits to ensure safety standards are met
- Provide after hours client service support
To be successful in this role you will preferably have experience working in a leadership role within the youth sector and have a proven experience working in a fast-paced position, be highly motivated, and passionate about supporting others and ensuring the best possible outcomes.
You will possess the following:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Previous experience working in a leadership role within the youth sector
- The ability to work within a collaborative team environment
- Hardworking with a strong work ethic
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills in the MS Office Suite
- Highly organised with the ability to multi task

- A Wollongong based role - no need to travel to Sydney

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with a requirement to provide after hours support to your portfolio of clients. There is also a requirement to travel interstate at various times throughout the year.
