About the opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Asset Services Fire team based at Hendra.
As the Service Delivery Manager your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Liaising with your Fire Alarm Technicians to support growth and help mentor the team.
- Quoting small to medium jobs in consultation with our estimating team.
- Preparing reports for clients using Firemate and other software (experience with Microsoft Office suite highly regarded).
- Conduct monthly toolbox talks with the team.
- Carry out regular safety audits on customer sites.
- Organizing ongoing training for apprentices and tradesmen.
- Regular site visits with existing & prospective clients to strengthen our Business.

- Complete and pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol screening.
- Trade Certification - Electrical Mechanic
- QBCC licenced would be highly regarded in:
- Electrical—design—fire alarm systems.
- Electrical—certify—fire alarm systems.
- Electrical—certify—emergency lighting.
- Electrical—install and maintain—fire alarm systems.
- Electrical—inspect and test—emergency lighting.
- 5-10 years post trade experience.
- In depth knowledge of all relevant standards.
- Ability to organize and plan project and maintenance works efficiently.
- Be a supportive leader to your team of technicians and sub-contractor network.
- Previous experience managing budgets and contract obligations highly regarded.
- Safety First – everyone goes home same every day.
- Well presented and confident working with customers and stakeholders.
- Be a team player and support our sprinkler fitter tradespeople in the field.
To meet client requirements, this role requires you to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident as well as obtain a police clearance.
