What you’ll do
As the Service Delivery Manager, you are the conduit between operational teams, key stakeholders, vendors & Service Delivery teams to drive operational excellence across all of gaming technology, including all phases of the ITIL service life cycle, to ensure SLAs are met and key Service Delivery priorities are of focus.
With a clear focus on data, you will provide meaningful metrics to enhance and uplift Gaming’s service offering. Your focus will be collaborating with key stakeholders and contributing to the end-to-end delivery of Gaming’s strategic objectives with the opportunity to add value where and how you see fit.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a similar role, with hands on experience in improving ways of working of that fosters operational excellence.
- Extensive operational experience in supporting large and complex environments and implementing initiatives.
- Experience in effective management of Changes/ Incidents & Problems.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying improvement opportunities and implementing improvement initiatives by promoting continuous improvement, quality assurance and consistency.
- Proven experience in developing and presenting meaningful reporting insights to leadership.
- Previous experience in SLA and OLA management.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships across business and technology teams.
