About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Qscan team on a Permanent Full Time basis.
You will:
Engage in operational and administrative duties including working in conjunction with managers on local training programs, coordinating the recruitment process with the Regional Manager, line managers, and People & Culture team, and providing managers with support throughout the onboarding & termination process.
Provide support and training to newly appointed supervisors and managers.
Coordinate Cyclical Events & Projects including local engagement activities.
Provide general support to the Brisbane South clerical teams and Regional Manager as required.
About You
Alongside your general administration and management experience and enthusiasm to provide high-quality support to a range of stakeholders, you also have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to give 100% in everything you do
Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
The ability to take initiative when required and work collaboratively
Ability to multi-task and prioritise as required
