The Service Delivery Officer position is a casual opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in rostering and coordinating our team of Support Workers, dedicated to providing high-quality supports and customer-focused services to individuals with disabilities in South Australia.
The successful applicant will be offered between 15-30 hours per week and will have availability across a seven-day roster, specifically over weekends and during the weekdays, where required.
This role will encompass several key responsibilities that are central to our mission of delivering quality disability support services, including but not limited to:
- Efficient Rostering: Meticulously coordinate and schedule our dedicated Support Workers. Your goal is to ensure that the needs and preferences of our valued customers are met with precision and in a timely manner.
- Exceptional Customer Care: As the primary point of contact for both our staff and service users, you are the embodiment of our commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Technological Proficiency: Ability to leverage previous computer skills and prior knowledge with rostering tools and systems.
- Collaborative Culture: Your ability to collaborate and communicate effectively will contribute to the overall success of our team and the well-being of our customers.
