As a public sector entity, South Gippsland Water is a Victorian Water Corporation responsible for water and wastewater service provision for over 22,000 customers located in 22 towns across a Service Delivery area of more than 4,000 square kilometres. We manage, maintain, and operate 8 water and 12 wastewater systems.

About The Role

We are currently seeking a qualified person to join SGW as a Service Delivery, Optimisation and Planning Team Leader. The key requirements of the role are:

• Qualifications and demonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance planning, faults and emergency and field dispatch services to support maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated experience in the co-ordination, logistics and support required for delivery and optimisation of maintenance and Service Delivery programs of work.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Asset Management, Works Management, and dispatch systems and business reporting.
• Demonstrated knowledge in data analysis and optimization processes.
• Ability to contribute to creating positive team culture which delivers support and continual improvement.
• Highly developed communications skills, including ability to create strong customer focus and deliver positive customer experiences.
