How will I help?
An Exciting opportunity is available for a Service Delivery Specialist to join the infrastructure team in Group Technology.
The Service Delivery Specialist role is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives across the Secure Network Services team in Infrastructure & Service Management driving financial performance in line with our strategic goals and targets each year. This role will drive monitoring and reporting of project and BAU financials, managing monthly billing and contracts with vendors and suppliers, lead data analysis and dashboard setup for efficient financial management and drive process and cost optimisation across the business unit.
It is expected that the candidate will continue to develop an understanding of our technology roadmap, and associated metrics, and help the team in achieving the goals and targets for each year.
The role will be reporting to the Portfolio Service Planning Manager in the Secure Network Services team and works in collaboration across all teams within and outside Secure Network Services. In this role, you can work flexibly while training to upskill on new tools and technologies and get involved in industry-leading technology transformations.

What do I need?
To be successful in this role, you may need the following skills and experience:
  • Five+ years' experience in a Technology corporate and matrix environment.
  • Three+ years' experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment incorporating financial planning, vendor and supplier management and operational governance.
  • A firm understanding of a financial services operating environment, core applications and products.
  • A firm understanding of month end activities and accounting terminologies.
  • Experience in data visualization and analytics tools such as PowerBI and other data modelling systems and tools including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Experience prioritising according to business demand in a resource constrained environment.
  • Advanced data analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting and consultative skills.
  • Strong background in IT Service Delivery role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
