The Key Responsibilities will Include:
- Provide Strategic and Operational advice and Course of Action alongside the Leadership Team.
- Lead Service Delivery ensures that the 668 Care Vision and Organisational Goals are achieved and the Organisational values are applied in all Operations.
- Develop Business Capability and Capacity to Deliver Prioritised Services or Outcomes through Effective Program and Project Management
- Prepare Reports relevant to the Activities, Performance, Growth and Development of 668 Care Workforce Solutions.
- Create and Maintain Effective and Influential Relationships across different Internal Teams and with External Stakeholders with People and Communities from Different Cultural and Linguistic Backgrounds.
- Continuously Improve products and services to better meet customer needs and to create operational and Service Delivery efficiencies and improve quality standards.
- Develop and Maintain Operational Administrative Systems, Procedures and Processes to Support Effective Management of all areas of Service Delivery
To be Successful in the Role you will Require:
- Experience in the NDIS Industry
- Demonstrated Ability to Develop and Maintain Effective High Level working Relationships across the Organisation.
- Ability to Identify and Manage Operational Challenges at a Practice Level.
