The opportunityAs a Service Administrator you play an important role leading customer facing communication across in-flight tasks and small projects, backed by our project management and delivery teams. You will work closely with project managers, creative, technical and quality testing teams to ensure communication is timely, we have our project documentation and controls created in place, provide daily WIP (Work in Progress) reports, and interface between the customer and our internal project teams.
The role
- Work across multiple projects concurrently, providing phone, written and face to face communication, guiding clients and being their advocate
Helping ensure project milestones and commitments are met
Deliver daily WIP reports to clients
Attend and where needed lead client facing meetings
Lead/own task and small project documentation, supported via deliver teams
Flag potential project risks and concerns with management for early intervention Update Jira tickets with accurate and up to date information with respect to the status of tasks
Stay on top of all tasks that are in-flight, seeking daily updates from the relevant delivery teams and team members, in order to keep clients up to date
