Service Desk Analyst – Baseline   We are Fujitsu We use technology to make happier lives. We have a long heritage of bringing innovation and expertise, continuously working to contribute to the growth of society and our customers.  About the role We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to our clients and ensuring prompt resolution of IT-related issues and inquiries.    About you Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity issues, and system errors.
  • Provide timely and efficient technical support to end-users via phone, email, or ticketing system, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams or higher-level technicians, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a Service Desk or help desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, and common desktop applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
