This private financial planning practice, providing comprehensive wealth management services to individuals, families, and private companies, is looking for an experienced Part TimeClient Services Officer to implement compliant advice and support financial planners.
Working between 15-25 hours per week, you can decide the days and times that work for you! The role will be primarily based in the office, with fexibile options available post probation. Please include your preferred days and times in your application.
This business focusses on holistic wealth management, serving diverse clients from young accumulators to retirees and business owners valuing ethical guidance and holds their own Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).
The key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Preparation of regular Portfolio Valuations for clients – including assets & liabilities schedule, portfolio valuations, performance calculations and asset allocation
- Liaise with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers and other third parties to follow up transactions
- Assist advisers with client queries
- Assist with contribution calculations
- Ensure Xplan is up-to-date and review processes and templates within to ensure they remain relevant
- Managing annual reviews and Financial Directions (FDs) / Opt-ins
- Assisting in projects for process improvement, technology, and client experience
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- Experience in a financial planning business with a record of implementing strategies
- Strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency: Xplan experience is a plus
- Organised and proactive work approach
