Responsibilities
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager/ Lead, this role is tasked with actively contributing to the Service Desk team and delivering first-line support services to the organisation. This is an onsite role and will include travel to DuluxGroup sites in WA as required by the business.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will actively contribute to the Service Desk team in a positive manner ensuring the delivery of IT services within existing SLA's. You will act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests arising from the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Ensure that the function’s short and long-term activities comply with the company policy and do not endanger or harm employees, customers, the environment or the community through personal leadership on safety issues within the IT team.
- Actively participate/contribute/lead in the development and improvement of the delivery of IT services, primarily (but not exclusively) in the Workplace Technologies and Service Management area.
- Take a responsible approach to cost with awareness of the financial impact on technology within DuluxGroup
- Positive contribution to the Service Desk team
- Support Access Management function
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar Service Desk Analyst position
- Experience with ITIL processes and the ServiceNow ITSM application, focusing on Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfilment
- Excellent problem-solving ability resolving complex issues and working with diverse stakeholders
- Outstanding interpersonal skills across communication, presentation, data analysis, reporting and documentation skills
- Broad technical knowledge experience
