The Opportunity

We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Service Desk Field Analyst. The primary objective for a level 2 EUC Analyst is to provide technical face to face and remote support and troubleshooting for end-user computing devices and applications. This includes resolving complex issues, providing guidance and training to level 2 staff and customers, and proactively identifying and implementing solutions to improve overall support processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with IT teams to continually improve the customer experience
  • ITIL Incident and Service Management processes
  • Working collaboratively with IT teams to continually improve the customer experience
  • Responding promptly to user inquiries, providing technical support and assistance while ensuring courteous, timely and effective resolution of end user issues
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills, analytical ability to plan and achieve a variety of tasks and adhere to policies, processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationship

Your background

  • Demonstrated experience of Microsoft Operating Systems such as Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Ability to Support and administration for Microsoft Exchange 2016 and O365 (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience in SCCM 2012/System Centre for system configuration and management.
  • Strong experience in Citrix for virtualisation and remote access solutions
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Our team members operate in a decentralised structure, spread across Australia. We Support both our Office and field workers as well as providing support for APA employees travelling abroad.
