Remuneration: $80,778.82 - $86,901.62 (super inclusive)

About The Role:

The Service Desk Specialist provides essential and up-to-date IT Helpdesk Level 1 and Level 2 support to Bendigo Kangan Institute's (BKI) staff and students. The role is responsible for assisting stakeholders to effectively utilise current Information Technology equipment and systems in their teaching, learning and administration. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Service Desk Specialist provides services over the phone, though email and in person at multiple campus locations.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or lesser degree with extensive experience.
  • Working knowledge of ICT ticketing systems
  • Understanding of SLAs
  • Accountable for one's work from start to finish.
