This government organisation is currently seeking a Service Improvement analyst to join the team on a 5-month contract with potential to go permanent. They are located in Burwood and offer some WFH options.
Your new role
As a Service improvement officer you will be able to analyse complex issues from the finance and procurement teams and be able to understand the root cause and come up with a solution to prevent and improve the service quality issues. You will have a strong ability to provide business initiatives to improve the services. You will have strong communication skills as you will be dealing with stakeholders and will work closely with the finance and procurement team. You will have experience with projects, consultancy, and process mapping and frameworks.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 3 years’ experience in service improvement
Strong experience delivering projects with performance and customer experience
Be able to analyse complex issues and be able to get to the root cause
Strong problem-solving skills and be able to build relationships and communicate effectively
Strong knowledge for synergy and integration of systems
Strong leading skills in all service improvement processes
Fantastic communication skills
Strong stakeholder engagement
Finance and procurement experience desired
Agile and have strong attention to detail
