Service Integration And Management Bundle Lead

We're seeking an experienced SIAM Bundle Lead to shape our department's approach and spearhead market initiatives. Join us in delivering outcomes that redefine multi-vendor ICT operating models and service delivery frameworks.Responsibilities:Lead a dynamic team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists.Collaborate with the Sourcing Lead and Program Office Lead to define, scope, and manage outcomes.Engage with existing IT service management teams and ensure future SIAM requirements are identified and addressed.Develop approach-to-market documentation for SIAM in coordination with stakeholders.Conduct research on modern ICT services, practices, and delivery models.Requirements:Extensive experience in large-scale Government ICT outsourcing, including requirements development, tender evaluation, and contract negotiation.Proven track record in implementing SIAM services within Government and managing enterprise operational toolsets.Strong stakeholder engagement, change management, and collaborative skills.Ability to lead workshops, technical discussions, and produce clear documentation for future approaches to market.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder, executive, and technical communication.Capability to work under pressure with meticulous attention to detail.Security Clearance: Baseline Clearance required.Must be an Australian Citizen
