Our Federal Government client is looking for an experienced TIBCO Integration Services Developer to join their team working on an exciting project.
About the role
TIBCO Integration Services Developers play a crucial role in designing and developing top-notch enterprise application integration, data integration, event processing, and API management to meet both business and technical needs. This role involves solving highly complex problems, requiring a significant level of independence and technical leadership. Integration Developers work under the general guidance of senior staff but exercise a considerable degree of autonomy. They may also be involved in managing a team or contributing to team management responsibilities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analysis and Development: Perform and oversee analysis, design, development, prototyping, unit testing, and maintenance activities.
- Problem Solving: Solve complex problems and consistently deliver high-quality solutions.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct high-level analysis of technical requirements, proposing solutions to support project evaluation.
- Custom Solutions: Undertake technical design and development of highly complex custom solutions, as well as standard conversion and migration solutions.
- Release Management: Manage the release process, ensuring smooth go-live production support, and ongoing maintenance for the team's developments.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership by overseeing team operations, work priorities, and resource management. Act as a subject matter expert, proactively sharing knowledge and providing mentorship to less experienced colleagues.
Qualifications/Experience
- Demonstrated experience as an Integration services development specialist with:
- Development in TIBCO services.
- Experience in Applications Integration Services
- Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Experience in TIBCO Integration Suite, Active Matrix Business Works, Hawk,
- Enterprise Message Service & FTL
- Experience in TIBCO Managed File Transfers
- Experience in Web Services, WSDL/WADL, SOAP, XSLT, XQUERY, XML, REST/JSON
- Experience in Application Program Interfaces
- Experience in Java
