Role: Service Integration and Management Bundle Lead
Contract: 12 Months (High Possibility of Extensions)
Pay: Up to AUD 200 Per Hour
Location: Canberra, ACT (Hybrid)
Australian Citizens with Baseline Clearance (or Ability to get)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sourcing Lead and the Program Office Lead in defining, scoping and managing the delivery of assigned outcomes.
- Work closely with the Director in ensuring appropriate levels of engagement are being undertaken with existing IT service management teams.
- Ensure that the client’s future people, process and technology requirements for SIAM are identified, documented and addressed.
- Work with all relevant stakeholders to develop any approach to market documentation for SIAM.
- Undertake, as necessary, research and investigation into modern ICT services, practices and delivery models.
Requirements:
- Significant demonstrated experience in implementing large scale Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including experience in requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
- Significant demonstrated experience in implementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environments, including within Government.
- Demonstrated experience with service management and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to identify gaps in strategy, delivery, and capability, resolve complex issues and seek consensus.
- The ability to lead relevant workshops and technical discussions to produce a consensus view or outcome.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate to stakeholders, executive and technical staff. Ability to develop clear and concise documentation for inclusion in future approaches to market. The ability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations and outcomes is essential.
- The ability to present information and communicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
- Ability to work under pressure with close attention to detail. This includes the ability to plan, coordinate, and track the progress of various activities within agreed timelines.
