The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for timely delivery and quality of installation, maintenance, and service work, while meeting customer satisfaction by delivering these services in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation according to the specification & instruction
- Attend site inductions & site meetings
- Perform site survey as required
- Commissioning & testing of product/system
- Perform maintenance services according to schedule
- Attend service calls on site and/or provide remote support
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have excellent mechanical aptitude
- Be comfortable with technology including user interfaces and networking
- Have experience in interpreting schematics and construction plans
- Enjoy building and be confident with using hand and power tools
- Have a great team attitude, enjoy work and delivering quality solutions to customers
- Experience as a field technician where you have applied your mechanical and electrical skills and/or have worked with or have an interest in robotics
- A current full drivers licence is required
- Be Fully Covid Vaccinated
The role requires flexibility participating in a shared on call roster along with occasional emergency break-fix call outs and light warehouse duties at our warehouse in Knoxfield.
You will be trained locally along with opportunities to receive training interstate from our technical experts.
