Reporting to the Manager, Service Resilience in the Service Management Office (SMO) and working in a collaborative and exciting environment within our IS&T Team, you will: Create, govern, monitor and improve, Service Management processes. Collaborate with all stakeholders to establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Champion continuous learning and customer-centricity within the team and beyond. Provide expertise, guidance and mentorship on incident, problem, change and release management. Ensure service resilience processes align with best practices and produce tangible customer value.
