The Role:
As a key member of our team, you'll play a dual role in ensuring our products are displayed attractively and efficiently, and that our customers receive outstanding service and support. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of health food products, learning about their benefits and sharing this knowledge with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Merchandising: Receive & redistribute incoming deliveries in an efficient manner. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards across
the store. Ensure products are stocked, well-organised, and displayed attractively.
● Customer Service: Provide exceptional Customer Service by greeting and
assisting customers, answering questions, offering suggestions and bulding a rapport based on their needs and preferences.
● Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, participate in stocktaking, and assist with ordering and receiving stock.
● Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest health food trends and
products to offer knowledgeable advice to customers.
● Team Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership and retail floor team to
achieve sales targets and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications:
● Previous experience in retail, particularly in health food or convenience stores, preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● A passion for health and wellness and a willingness to learn about our products.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
● Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
