Responsibilities:
- Lead the service department with strong organisational skills, making informed decisions to optimise departmental performance.
- Understand and effectively manage Service Department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financials to drive profitability and efficiency.
- Build and maintain a positive team culture that prioritises exemplary customer service and fosters collaboration and mutual respect among team members.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus, quickly establishing rapport, and nurturing lasting relationships with clients.
- Utilise effective listening and interpersonal communication skills to address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Foster a team-oriented approach, promoting reliability, self-motivation, and accountability among team members.
- Working with brands such as Isuzu Truck, Isuzu UTE, New Holland and RAM.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of Service Department KPIs and financial management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a positive team culture that prioritises customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on active listening and relationship-building.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
