About the role
As part of our continued growth and focus on delivering quality service to our customers, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Account Manager - VIC/TAS, you will be ultimately responsible for providing the day-to-day support of the service delivery within the designated contracts assigned to your portfolio. This role will include acting as the primary contact to your customer base, providing customer support, resource planning and an ability to optimize the revenue from the account/s.
Your experience in the service industry will set us apart from our competitors. You will manage a team of technicians to assist you in the delivery of our services to your customer base.
