Service Manager

This role is both fast paced and hands on. On a day to day basis, the Service Manager will (but is not limited to): Provide strategic direction & leadership to the allocated portfolio as well as strategically plan for the future Actively manage customer vacancies & transitions Travel between sites as required  Oversee service coordinator development to manage customer and staff expectations  Continuously build brand awareness of Northcott as a leading independent living provider, using initiative to capitalise on opportunities that may arise.
