About The Opportunity
As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of service contracts, overseeing service reports, and managing asset maintenance. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the admin team to schedule service contracts and assign technicians to job sites
- Reviewing and modifying service reports from technicians before sending them to customers
- Liaising with customers on service contracts and conducting site inspections as needed
- Drive implementation of industry best practices with a focus on safety and quality
- Lead Service Technicians to optimize service delivery
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in Service Delivery within the Mechanical service sector
- Expertise in Mechanical trades, engineering or robust building background
- Proficiency in a HVAC Mechanical software, preferably FieldInsight
- Background in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning is advantageous
You will also have:
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills to restructure schedules effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with technicians and customers
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Honesty, trustworthiness and loyalty in all interactions
