About the client.
Our client is a OEM manufacturer and distributor or trucks both American and European with a national market presence.
Due to growth across their off high sector , they are now seeking experienced Service Manager to manage their Hunter Valley service team.
The role is looking after contracts such as government, commercial contractors, Australian defense force and police.

Day-to-day duties but not limited to.
- Managing your PnL
- Managing clients & internal stakeholders
- Managing service techs and tradesmen
- Reporting to a Service Manager and GM
- Managing monthly forecasting and finances
- Managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Leading and developing an existing service team
Selection Criteria.
- Qualifications in Management, Business or related field; or equivalent Management experience in an industrial environment.
- At least 3 years’ managerial experience in an Industrial/Service environment.
- Demonstrated ability in successfully managing, developing and motivating a workforce.
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information.
- Ability to understand and grasp technical product information.
- Demonstrated skills in managing customer relationships and developing sales strategies.
- Experience in managing Budgets (Capital and Revenue).
- Ability to conduct formal presentations to dealers, clients and Management Teams.
