In this role, you will be responsible for setting and implementing the strategic direction for the Claims and Administration team. Leading and supporting a small but dedicated team, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service while overseeing the workflow functions during the pre-repair phases of claims and administration. Your responsibilities will encompass reception, claims triage and bookings, building assessment coordination, and overall customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the claims and administration process, including receiving, reviewing, and processing insurance claims.
- Meet and exceed client KPIs, generate reports, and maintain a balanced workload across the team.
- Generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as claims processing time, accuracy rates, and customer satisfaction, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with insurer policies.
- Analyze claims data, trends, and patterns to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Streamline processes to reduce active claim life by designing and implementing process improvements.
