Seeking a Service Manager in the HVAC & Refrigeration industry.
Located primarily in Sydney, this role focuses on expanding our customer reach across large, industrial refrigeration and commercial HVAC sites.
As a professional, you'll oversee all service operations for our Sydney office.
Responsibilities include scheduling service technicians and subcontractors, proactively generating work, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Duties:
- Managing service reports, quoting, and parts ordering with precision.
- Demonstrating technical expertise across various equipment types and brands.
- Implementing and maintaining preventative maintenance protocols for new projects.
- Collaborating on project work, facilitating smooth commissioning, and transitioning to ongoing maintenance contracts.
- Excelling in client interactions, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Availability for after-hours assistance to uphold our 24/7 on-call commitment.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
- Upholding stringent adherence to workplace safety protocols.
- Understanding cost management and inventory control requirements.
- Demonstrating excellent time management and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, with familiarity in Aroflo being advantageous.
- Conducting thorough service and breakdown repairs, including fault analysis and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in various systems such as Chillers, Racks, Ammonia, Freon, and Commercial HVAC Systems.
- Identifying and reporting on potential issues or opportunities for equipment improvements/upgrades.
- Conducting preventative maintenance, commissioning, and testing activities.
- Accurate data input through various digital platforms to ensure seamless operations.
