Service Manager required with a mechancial trade background
Your new company

Your new role
Your new role will see you working as the Service Manager in the Townsville depot providing a high level of leadership and technical support to clients and the customer service team.
This role will see you leading your team to ensure efficient delivery of service and spare parts to customers.
Other duties you will be required to undertake are:
- Managing financials
- Managing a team and conducting performance reviews
- Ability to report on KPI's and ensure they are met
- Managing stock movements and stock security
- Interpreting parts to supply correct components to customers
- Stock management
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need:
- Trade qualification in mechanical or allied trade
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Team building, motivation, getting the best out of the staff.
- Attention to detail
- SAP experience
