Ideally looking for someone to develop the service department and make improvements to grow their capability e.g. streamline workflows, introduce better software, implement procedures and documentation etc.
The Role:
- Provide technical advice and support to service techs
- Manage client relationships
- Oversee service contract
- Bring existing clients into service contracts
- 60/40 office and field based
- Manage workloads for the service team
- Administration duties, reporting, scheduling, documentation, streamline processes and workflows
- Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
- Technical experience in AV install and service
- Commercial sectors in Education, Finance, Health, Government, Offices etc.
- Good relationship management skills (clients, external partners, internally at all levels)
- Experience with Epson, Crestron, Kramer Electronics, Extron, Cisco, Polycom, AMX, Biamp, Shure
- Knowledge of video conferencing and control systems
- Experience in fault finding, audio visual schematics and video distribution systems
- Holds EWP, White Card and can obtain a Police Clearance
