We are seeking a Service Manager to coordinate service delivery programs and manage many associated back-office tasks. They will lead a team across South Australia to provide high quality services that meet the needs of the participant, our funding and legislative requirements, and the organisation’s needs. The service manager will also spear lead business development.
The successful candidate will:
- be experienced in the sector at leadership levels
- be flexible and responsive to the workforce and stakeholders
- be systems focused to provide accountability and monitoring of quality and efficiency.
