Atlas Copco’s Power Technique business area provides air, power and flow solutions through products such as mobile air compressors, dewatering pumps, light towers and power generators, along with a number of complementary products.
The role:
Working within the Power Technique Service team, you will play a key role in the level of success our service business has within the West Australia region. Reporting to the Operations Manager – Oceania, you will support PTS Service Operations though efficient scheduling and allocation of technician labour, ordering and organization of spare parts for service jobs and provide general administrative support to the branch.
What we expect of you:
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a high level of communication skill and ability to create
- solutions.
- Experience in a fast paced workshop / engineering or service operation.
- Intermediate PC skills with knowledge of Outlook, BPCS, SAP desirable.
- Dedication to providing high-level Customer Service.
- Attention to detail.
- Capable of learning new systems and processes.
- Able to challenge existing work practices and bring ideas to improve them.
