Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules for the crane fleet, considering project timelines, equipment availability, and resource constraints.
Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, crane operators, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient deployment of resources.
Optimisation: Identify opportunities to improve fleet utilisation and operational efficiency, implementing changes as needed
Problem Solving: Address scheduling conflicts, equipment breakdowns, and other issues promptly to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
Job Delivery: Clear and precise communication to our field workers, clients, subcontractors through our database.
Skills required:
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in fleet scheduling or logistics, preferably in the Crane industry
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
