Ultra Tune is Australia’s leading after-market servicing and repair business with a large network of franchised service centres across Australia.
We also operate a 24-hour emergency roadside assistance and fleet maintenance call centre in Adelaide that services more than 1,000,000 vehicles nationally and utilises one of Australia’s largest Service Provider networks.
We are seeking an experienced Service Provider Manager for our Roadside Assistance and Fleet Management business. This is a full-time role based in our Adelaide contact centre and is responsible for the daily management and performance of our sub-contracted Service Provider network.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Seek out new providers and maintain excellent working relationships with our existing provider network.
- Ensure Service Providers are compliant with all obligations and performance targets.
- Managing our Service Provider technology platform, compliance documentation and risk management programs.
- Monitor and report on provider responsiveness, cost efficiency and other key performance measures.
- Investigate and resolve any complaints/operational concerns involving Service Providers.
- Auditing of Service Provider equipment, WHS and operational practices as required.
- Assist with the development and implementation of any service delivery enhancement projects.
Required skills and experience:
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated industry professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude who can successfully demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following skillsets:
- Superior organisation, time management and prioritisation capabilities
- Excellent conflict management/dispute resolution skills
- A thorough understanding Quality Assurance and Risk Management principles
- Able to work flexibly and autonomously to achieve business objectives.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working within the roadside assistance, towing or a similar service delivery environment is highly desirable.
