This role will be responsible for supporting business priorities through the coordination and governance of business optimisation projects & initiatives, the assessment, planning, tracking and monitoring of costs, benefit realisation and Service Quality improvements across business services and related activities.
Ensure fulfilment of service levels, business KPI delivery, enhanced business user experience, driving service improvement and achieving efficiency targets across business services and related process area in partnership with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and govern commercial operating rhythms and portfolio planning cycles for the business process efficiency activities and the business optimisation program
- Collaborate and coordinate portfolio management activities across the business optimisation program
- Work closely with stakeholders to improve overall business user experience and minimise performance impacts during service transition and/or change implementation periods
- Support implementation of solutions to improve organisation effectiveness, improve productivity and drive an inclusive performance culture
- Ensure that business optimisation program/project teams are aware of and comply with relevant portfolio management requirements and commercial rhythms as required
About You
Looking for an individual that truly values collaboration and is highly organised. As self-starter with demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and service provided, owning positive and negative results.
- Experience in program/portfolio management processes and activities
- Proficient in implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, determine root causes and design and implement improvement action plans
- Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations
