Receptionist (Full-Time)
All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are currently seeking a reliable Receptionist to join their client, an internationally renowned energy production company, to support the daily operations of the branch and provide support to the NT Corporate team. This is a temporary employment opportunity for approximately 12 months with an immediate start and the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:
Answer incoming calls.
Greet, sign in and complete inductions for tradespersons, visitors and guests.
Prepare, book and dispatch couriers.
Prepare outgoing mail, deliver and pick up.
Book in contractors for office maintenance.
Liaise with the Building Management.
Prepare PPE for laundering and update records.
Monitor security swipe key and update records.
General administrative duties.
Monitor and purchase kitchen / office consumables as required.
Maintain high standard of presentation.
Book, set up and manage the use of meeting rooms.
Record petty cash purchases.
Reconcile expense claims in SAP.
Book travel as required.
Follow company and WHS policies and procedures.
Hold the shared role of First Aid Support for the NT Office.
Other duties as directed by the Senior Administration Officer.
Requirements:
Police Clearance.
First Aid Certificate.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Experienced in SAP Concur.
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
