Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages, and addressing general inquiries.
- Making Service Bookings/Allocating Loan Vehicles and organising Customer Transport/Special Requests.
- Provide a warm welcome to our valued customers.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks.
- Support various administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills, both in-person and over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and computer proficiency.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Demonstrated punctuality and effective time management skills.
This is a full-time position.
