City Toyota is part of the Sci-Fleet Group which has been operating in the motor industry for over 40 years and has grown to encompass numerous automotive franchises across the country including multiple high performing Toyota dealerships.
We are currently looking for a customer-focused Service Administrator / Receptionist to join our team in Nedlands.
The main focus of this role is to act as the first point of contact for anyone visiting our service department or making telephone contact, greeting them in a friendly and professional manner.
Key job functions:
- Interacting with visitors and guests
- Providing first class customer service
- Answering and directing calls in a professional manner
- Taking incoming service bookings and enquiries
- Making outbound service reminder phone calls
- General clerical duties
- Reception or Customer Facing experience
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to work in a team and independently
- A friendly and professional manner
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills - On the phone and in person
- Clear and professional verbal communication skills
