About the Role
As Elphinstone Mechanical Group’s Receptionist, you will be expected to represent the Company to the highest of standards at all times as well as maintain effective communication and relationships between stakeholders including all team members, management and clients.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Answer all incoming calls and transfer to the correct departments.
- Maintain and manage birthday and anniversary, including postage of cards.
- Enter, monitor and maintain employee records (including confidential records) within the EMS Server and Systems, including archive of ex- employee’s and expired documentation.
- Arrange and order new employee starter packs and crib bags in line with process.
- Promote EMS and the family approach upon first initial contact with potential candidates.
- Order RTIO PoP Cards for new starter.
- Monitor and arrange performance reviews with Manager / Coordinators according to their schedule.

- Support the recruitment team, coordinators and mobilisation administrators with any requests or reports as is reasonable.
- Support Directors/HR/HSE with any requests or reports.
- Proven experience in Microsoft suite.
- Hold a valid C class driver's license.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels and backgrounds.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
