Dalyellup Family Medical Centre is currently looking for a Medical Receptionist. The position is full-time (38hrs/week) in a friendly and supportive workplace setting.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Greeting patients and other visitors professionally and with compassion, assisting with their enquiries, and booking appointments.
- Answering telephones promptly and politely to assist with enquiries, take messages and communicate them accurately and clearly.
- Scan and file confidential documents safely, with care and attention to detail.
- Handle cash, EFTPOS and other payments as required with a high level of accuracy.
- Participate to ensure Practice building and rooms are clean, accessible and well presented.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
- Experience in reception/customer service is desirable.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong computer skills are an advantage
