Due to continuing growth, a growing workshop and a pursuit to provide our customers with the best experience possible, Wangaratta Mazda have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Receptionist or Service Advisor. They will help our customers from booking in their service, communicating with customers by phone, email and SMS and through to invoicing and collecting payment when they pick up their vehicle!
To succeed as a Service Receptionist, you will be an a people person first and foremost! Second to a people person you will have a great attention to detail, be good with computers, good with numbers and a great communicator! We will teach you the rest!
OR if you are an experienced Service Advisor we would love to hear from you (especially if you have experience using TUNE/Revolutions DMS)
The Role…
- Booking in customers for servicing and repairs.
- Checking in customers when they arrive for repairs (think Valet Parking at a fancy hotel)
- Using Mazda Australia computer system to view information and update information.
- Communicating with customers about progress on longer projects.
- Assist the Service Manager with all customer facing aspects of the department from
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and team members
- Develop and maintain an acceptable knowledge/understanding across the Mazda vehicle range.
- Assisting other dealership departments with vehicle movements and other reasonable tasks as required.

You…
- Are a people person first and foremost.
- Are willing to learn systems and processes and move quickly with an ever changing marketplace.
- Are someone who has a high level of attention to detail.
- Have Great knowledge and understanding of computers including web browsers, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Have a current drivers license.
