This internationally dominating heavy vehicle manufacturer supplies machinery solutions across Mining, Construction, Earthmoving, Hydraulic, and Diesel Vehicles. They pride themselves on their innovative solutions, heritage, and vehicle versatility supplying for large-scale mining projects to local owner operators. They are seeking an Administrator to join their Service team in Wacol.
Your new role
You will provide administrative support to the Mining Sales Department with duties including processing, raising purchase orders, receipting and processing invoices, Expenses, ordering of promotional goods. You’ll be part of a well-regarded, fast-paced, and established team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in Administration, with highly regarded experience. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable. You will have strong data entry skills, be process driven and the ability to pick up new systems with ease. You will be highly adaptable and able to hit the ground running, showcasing your solid output.
