Service Sales Manager Hallam, VIC, AU, 3803 Dec 16, 2023 THIS OPENS THE DOOR TO YOUR FUTURE: OUR OPPORTUNITY Due to an internal move, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sales Manager to join our Victorian Service team. You will be leading, coaching and developing a team of account managers and administrators who deal with various accounts spanning from commercial buildings, multi residential towers, hospitals, and airports. This full-time position is based in our Head Office in Hallam. In this role, you will be supporting the growth of the service business, through development of Victorian based contract business, quoted works and account management. You thrive on promoting change, working toward achieving results with your team and leading through ambiguity. Key responsibilities include: Represent dormakaba effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offering. Coach, advise and motivate the Victorian Service Sales team, whilst building and maintaining a high performing team. Foster and build strong internal and external relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Encourage a vibrant, open and productive atmosphere, whilst building a high performing culture. Strengthen the local services sales offering by meeting the requirements of the Victorian market, whilst actively searching for business opportunities. This includes defining the business plan and execute accordingly develop and maintain a State M&A pipeline in addition to organic growth. Adopt a continuous improvement mindset and implement change initiatives. YOUR SKILLS You will ideally have demonstrated experience in managing sales in a corporate setting. You will see yourself as an excellent communicator, interpersonal, with strong organisation skills. You identify as a born leader and enjoy coaching and supporting a team. Other skills will include: Evidence of business and commercial acumen to support the decision-making process.
