ABOUT USOur Company is a recognised National Commercial Cleaning provider working across a multitude of sites both in the general public arena, not-for-profit organisations as well as the commercial client space.
We have a growing portfolio and are now currently looking for a superstar General Manager who shares the same values and enthusiasm in providing exceptional cleaning services.
About the roleWe are seeking a driven and peoples-focused person to manage the overall operations of the business to ensure it meets its strategic vision and business goals. Fostering a collaborative work environment and driving sustainable growth.
About you- You have a qualification in business management
- You have quality management experience in similar industry
- You hold current VIC driver's licence
- Able to obtain a police clearance
- Able to obtain a working with children check
- You have high levels of personal and professional presentation
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and within a team with a “can do attitude”, you have proven experience supporting and leading teams to success
- You are passionate about Sustainability and Social Impact

The ideal candidate would hold competencies in the following key areas;
- Min. 5 years experience in similar role
- Proven business growth experience - both organic and acquisitions - this role has a high focus on Sales and BDM
- Exceptional time management
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed relationship building and management skills
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven organisational abilities
