Glendenning, 2761 About the Role: As a Service Supervisor, you will be key to the everyday operational success of the business. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will also contribute to the success of Fresh & Clean by providing excellent customer satisfaction to our wide variety of customers. In this role, you will be responsible for: Daily management of Cleaner Drivers and servicing requirements
Supervising customer site asset installs
Resolving customer service issues
Supervision of assets & consumable stock
Administration of customer site inductions
Support the Business Manager with probation reviews, performance improvement plans, safety improvements, staff training and development, and toolbox meetings The role will suit a person with strong customer service and team leadership experience who is happy to work on the frontline, leading by example. You will need to be able to plan your time effectively across multiple aspects of the business, including customer experience and service delivery. What do we need from you?
3+ years’ team leader/Supervisor experiences, leading a team of 5 people is a must. Valid Driver Licence. Proven success in a customer service role.
