I am currently working with a National HVAC company that is looking to bring on a Service Manager / Service Supervisor to lead their small (3-4 technician) team in Sydney. While the office is based in the Blacktown they have very flexbile working arrangements for Work from Home several days per week. Otherwise they are hyper-profitable and well positioned to continue their growth trajectory in 2024.
There will be some element of on the tools work required - but predominately in a support and training role.
What I'm looking for:
- Qualification in HVAC & Refrigeration
- Experienced in Commercial or Industrial Service and Maintenance
- 3+ years in a Supervisor, Team Lead or Service Management position
Keeping on top of the Service team on a day to day basis, making sure work is being completed on time and correctly this will involve:
- Monitor technician schedules to meet client demands in critical environments.
- Provide technical support to the team
- Oversee performance and efficiency and provide feedback to technicians - and have difficult conversations where required
