Here is what you will do:

• Lead a team of Thermal Customer Engineers: Motivate, schedule, and guide your team to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
• Technical Expertise: Leverage your knowledge to provide solutions and assist your team with complex technical issues.
• Become a Customer Champion: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records, reports, and timesheets, adhering to all OH&S regulations.

We are looking for someone who:

• Possesses a Mechanical Trade Certificate, Restricted Electrical License, and Refrigerant Handling License.
• Has a proven track record of leading and motivating a field service team in the critical cooling industry.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and fosters strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Is customer-centric, well-organised, and solution-oriented.
