- Located at EACH’s corporate office in Ringwood. Hybrid working conditions.
- $75,000 to $88,000pa depending on experience + Super + Generous Salary Packaging benefits of up to $18,550
What you’ll be doing
As part of our Service Desk team within the Information Communication Technology (ICT) department, EACH is looking for a Service Desk IT Support Engineer to provide IT solutions to Level 1 queries coming from EACH staff members. The service provided by the ICT team reflects the professional friendly environment of EACH, whilst maintaining confidentiality and responding in a timely manner.
You will be responding in a timely manner to phone or email queries, assisting your clients (EACH staff) to improve their IT knowledge and support them to effectively identify and resolve their IT issues. You will be providing support within a Microsoft based SOE.

Who we’re looking for
If you're an IT Service Desk professional who has demonstrated experience working in an ITIL environment, good communication skills, enjoys variety in your day, and working closely with other IT professionals, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in a similar role.
- Effective escalation management skills and ability to prioritise tickets according to impact and urgency.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently identify and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Office 365 Administration tools and technologies and experience diagnosing and troubleshooting Office 365 suite (Mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and networking fundamentals, as well as experience working with imaging tools.
- Proficient in Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Print Management, and providing desktop support.
Qualifications
Highly regarded:
- Advanced Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- CCNA

You will be working within a professional team of experts dedicated to providing excellent support to EACH. The team consists of five Support Engineers and one Senior Support Engineer who will be working collaboratively with the System Engineers and closely supported by the ICT Service Desk Team Lead.
