About our client and the company;
Our client is a leading building services contractor who specializes in the service, maintenance and construction of fire systems for commercial high rise, government, healthcare, education and industrial sites.
Due to growth they are seeking experienced Team Leaders, to manage, lead and run an existing team.
The role is managing some of their major service contracts, ensuring all Wet Fire systems of maintained and looked after from technical and office perspective.
The role is 70% off and 30% on the tools and will grow into a service managers role.
Your day to day duties but not limited to;
- Managing a team of 10 + techs
- Managing clients and suppliers
- Managing quotes and sub contractors
- Reporting into senior management
- Attending site meetings
- Managing reporting and OHS
Selection Criteria;
- Mechanical qualification - plumbing or sprinkler fitter
- Two recent references
- Strong time management
- Strong understanding of people management
- Two years relevant experience
