About the Role
Reporting to a newly appointed GM Finance, the Corporate Finance Analyst with play a key role in the business, ensuring growth targets are met through strong due diligence and financial modeling. This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a high performing, lean team with impressive growth plans.
Key responsibilities:-
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial modelling, and risk assessment.
- Assist in the development of investment strategies and recommendations to optimize fund performance and maximize returns for investors.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute transactions, including negotiating terms, structuring deals, and managing the closing process.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to senior management on portfolio management strategies.
- Support the fundraising efforts of the firm by preparing investor presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials to attract new investors and retain existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to provide timely and relevant advice to the investment team.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in the investment process.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects, research initiatives, and special assignments as needed support the overall growth and success of the firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, investment banking, or asset management.
- Strong analytical skills, financial modelling proficiency, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the financial markets, investment management, and driving business.
